Food Service Manager

Cuisine Arya Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the restaurant.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure we have what we need to provide excellent service.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Assist in preparing budgets and reports to help the restaurant make informed business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work Environment: Noisy and odorous.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Paid Time Off: Volunteering or personal days.
