We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Six Side Logistics.

About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage senior staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers and directors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
  • Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, team player
