Job Title: Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at STACKED PANCAKE & BREAKFAST HOUSE. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
