Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2379153 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is always in compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
    • Develop and implement plans to address any performance gaps, including training and development programs.
