Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily activities of the store, including receiving and processing merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory and Merchandising
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Performance Management

Requirements
