About the Role

Pristine Peak Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
    • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Housekeeping Tasks
    • Make beds and change linens in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock linen closets and supply rooms.
    • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance.
    • Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Dependability and punctuality.
    • Initiative and a willingness to learn.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
