Job Title: Project Accountant

The Project Accountant plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial activities related to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts for all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Prepare cost estimates and provide pricing and production/sales forecasts.
  • Perform cost accounting tasks, including product inventory costing, standard costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in operating variances, strategic sourcing, and logistics expenditures.
  • Develop and maintain cost analysis tools and tracking systems.
  • Provide real-time costing and Proforma Invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to synchronize financial data and ensure consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
