Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Wilok Inc. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair Tasks
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Work in a variety of settings, including apartment/condominium complexes
- Requirements
- Building operator/superintendent certificate
- Experience in electricity - construction
- Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance and repair
- Experience with power tools, power lawn mowers, and small tractors
- Criminal record check
