Job Title: Roads and Highways Business Unit Leader

Arcadis is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Roads and Highways business unit in Canada. As a Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional service quality to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the country business plan for the unit, ensuring alignment with the Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) strategy and financial targets.
  • Lead a diverse team of senior specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver programme objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering service excellence to drive organic revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business unit's clients and market trends, identifying key opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm.
  • Proven leadership capability, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose.
