Business Unit Leader for Roads and Highways

We are seeking a seasoned Business Unit Leader to lead our Roads and Highways team in BC. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the country business plan for the unit, ensuring alignment with the Mobility strategy and financial targets.
  • Lead a diverse team of senior specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver program objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering service excellence to drive organic revenue growth and client retention.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to deliver growth in the country business unit.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm.
  • Proven leadership capability, with a track record of inspiring multi-disciplinary teams and driving business growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $202,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. If you are a motivated and experienced leader looking to make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.
