Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Next Gen Daycare. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve operational goals
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Resolve operational issues and provide technical guidance to staff
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP certificate an asset
- 40 hours per week
- Public transportation available
- Criminal record check required
- Commission-based salary
