Position Overview

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is set in a dynamic restaurant atmosphere where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Design and prepare special meals tailored to dietary needs as directed by a dietitian or head chef.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
  • Coordinate and manage buffets and banquet services.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

As a Food Preparation Supervisor, you will oversee general cooking duties and staff performance.
