Required Qualifications
  • A postsecondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in construction, with a preference for leadership and mentoring roles.
  • Eligibility for security clearance at the Secret Level.
  • Proven track record of fostering a robust safety culture through the application of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction sector, including knowledge of building materials, specifications, methodologies, legal standards, and quality management practices.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management capabilities, with proficiency in managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, and scheduling software, with a strong inclination towards embracing new technologies.
