Overview

As a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic journey that combines real-world experience with valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship will equip you with the expertise to run a successful business, making you a highly marketable candidate in the job market.

From day one, you'll be immersed in a team-based environment where you'll work alongside peers who will support and guide you throughout your internship. You'll take on the same challenges as our first and second-year full-time professionals, developing skills in management, marketing, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Intern, you'll have the opportunity to develop a range of skills, including fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy, and relationship-building. You'll work on intern projects, engage in friendly competition with your peers, and be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a current university student with an expected graduation date by January 2026.
  • Students enrolled in business degree programs are preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 driving infractions on the license in the past 3 years.
  • Must not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Posted Salary Range

CAD $18.50 / Hour
