About the Role

Viking Ventures Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Site Management
    • Supervise and manage site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work
    • Identify and address any quality issues or concerns
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management
    • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Environment
