Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Pharmacy Professionals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmacy education and training.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Patient Care
    • Advise patients on the use and care of prosthetic devices and orthotics.
    • Provide guidance on the proper use of medications and medical equipment.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as required.
    • Interpret physician's specifications and instructions.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a team environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
    • Work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
