Accessibility Test Lead

Purple Drive is seeking an experienced Accessibility Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and report on the accessibility of our products and services using keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.
- Conduct color contrast analysis using tools like the color contrast analyzer and report on any issues found.
- Prepare and update functional and non-functional specifications and requirements.
- Help developers and QA teams understand accessibility requirements.
- Participate in defect triaging and help fix defects.
- Conduct impact analysis and identify high-opportunity areas.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test designs based on project requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG 2.1.
- Experience with testing tools like NVDA and JAWS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
