Marketing Agriculture Lead

Bayer is seeking a Marketing Agriculture Lead to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Crop Science division, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Bayer's digital agriculture solutions
- Collaborate with local teams and business units to customize marketing strategies and messaging
- Lead the development of customer-facing solutions and partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Bayer's digital agriculture products
- Travel within Eastern Canada as required to support business objectives
- 10+ years of industry experience in sales and/or marketing, with a strong working knowledge of digital agriculture
- French-English bilingualism is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results
- Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
