Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1696899 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize Payments and Manage Finances: Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, and maintain a secure and organized financial system.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, standing for extended periods
