Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Golden Furniture. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Manager in supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Merchandise and Services: Work with the Manager to determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and to implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Operations: Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
