Join Our Team as a Skilled Tradesperson

We are a well-established property management company, Brick Properties Inc., seeking a reliable contractor to handle various maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work on small and large jobs, as well as possess user-friendly skills with their cell phone to access work orders and create invoices. This is a contractor-only opportunity, allowing you to set your own rates. Access to your own vehicles and tools would be an asset. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various maintenance duties, including small and large jobs
  • Utilize cell phone to access work orders and create invoices
  • Work independently, with flexibility to set own schedule

  • Reliable contractor with experience in property maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
