Airport Team Lead

The Airport Team Lead role at Paladin Security involves managing the security operations on site, ensuring a secure and effective atmosphere for travelers and cargo clients. Primary Duties:
  • Overseeing and guiding the security personnel

  • Addressing disciplinary matters and maintaining documentation

The Team Lead will also play a crucial role in conducting shift briefings, managing schedules, and performing various administrative functions to facilitate the efficient operation of the security team.
