Job Title: Airport Pass Control Assistant

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airport Pass Control Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and administrative duties of the Airport Pass Control Office are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process RAIC applications in accordance with Transport Canada regulations
  • Manage pass control and fingerprinting processes for airport personnel
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public and airport community
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including baggage storage, lost and found, key control, and visitor pass sign out
  • Work closely with the Security Services Manager to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Valid RAIC through Transport Canada
  • Security License through the NS Department Of Justice
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Administrative training or equivalent experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or Certificate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related) field
