Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service in our pharmacies across BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing medications.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
