Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Helper will provide administrative support to our pharmacists and contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and want to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter client information into databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including maintaining prescription records and preparing medications for clients.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Help with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient operation of the pharmacy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by pharmacists or management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Helper will work in a dynamic and fast-paced pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Pharmacy Helper will work 40 hours per week.
