Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Security Lead to join our HR Digital Solutions Security team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security measures to protect our systems and data from unauthorized access
  • Collaborate with HR COEs, HRBPs, and business partners to develop and implement security best practices
  • Provide guidance and expertise on security risk management and compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts in various areas of HR
  • Manage multiple concurrent objectives and activities, prioritizing and allocating time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in a business-related discipline (Human Resources preferred)
  • 35 years of related Human Resources experience within a corporate HR environment
  • 3+ years' experience with Workday Security or other module(s)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and risk management
