Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Security Lead to join our HR Digital Solutions Security team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in access management, enhancing the security model and security configuration within both the Workday HCM and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security solutions in Workday, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise technology landscape
  • Collaborate with HR COEs, HRBPs, and business partners to develop and implement security best practices
  • Serve as intermediary between HR and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Oversee daily intake access request process, including issues and escalations
  • Identify and assess business requirements, participate in system changes, and provide support for internal initiatives and projects
  • Provide guidance and expertise on system security best practices and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts in various areas of HR
  • Ensure compliance with security framework and segregation of duties, in conjunction with established policies and procedures
  • Develop reports for management on KPIs to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a business-related discipline (Human Resources preferred)
  • 3-5 years of related Human Resources experience within a corporate HR environment
  • 3+ years' experience with Workday Security or other module(s)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and risk management
