Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Experience in applying dietary guidelines in menu planning and patient meal options.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in food production techniques, including both hot and cold meal preparation.
  • Ability to navigate a unionized workplace.
  • Familiarity with essential computer applications, including email, Word, and Excel.

Desirable Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare settings is advantageous. Familiarity with server-style service and tray assembly processes is a plus. Knowledge of systems such as CBORD, ESP, and RMS will be beneficial.
