Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations to meet hotel standards.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement as needed.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 35 hours per week.
