As an Operations Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating the processes necessary for the establishment and operation of MT> Align, which involves: Collaborating with various IT systems to onboard new contractors; Partnering with internal and external service providers to ensure that solutions align with MT> Align requirements; Overseeing Time Entry and Contractor Management systems; Monitoring program progress through Client Connect (SalesForce). Managing the intake process for new contractors for MT> Align: Organizing discussions with new contractors; Handling acceptance and rejection processes; Conducting approval and reference checks as needed; Updating and enhancing the database with new contractor information; Onboarding new contractors, including agreement creation, email setup, system access, training, time entry, and invoicing. Coordinating the setup for new engagements: Updating necessary databases; Drafting and storing agreements. Analyzing key metrics for MT> Align: Extracting profile data from cloud platforms for client proposals; Maintaining trackers and fact tables for incoming and current contractors; Developing dashboards, models, and forecasts to predict financial and operational results. Reporting on essential performance indicators: Exporting, cleaning, and modeling raw data from various platforms and departments; Creating interactive dashboards, models, and reports based on historical, current, and projected data; Presenting insights in team meetings and as required. Assisting in the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Maintaining regular communication and resolving issues with MT> Align community members. Overseeing the quality control process, including Net Promoter Score surveys. Providing support to other divisions and departments as necessary: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing billing data; Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and trackers; Extracting marketing-related data requests; Analyzing readership performance; Tracking and reporting on industry trends.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of three to five years of experience supporting senior management. Experience in project management or coordination, with at least three years in a PM-structured environment. Proven experience in leading and supporting change management initiatives. Experience in a professional or legal services context is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI. Ability to interpret and create financial reports. Proficiency in word processing and editing skills (MS Office suite). Quick adaptability to new technology solutions. Capacity to perform tasks efficiently and accurately. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. High level of discretion and confidentiality. An innovative mindset focused on improving business processes. A proactive, problem-solving approach. Experience in leveraging new technology effectively. A strategic perspective, prioritizing client and business needs.
