Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at EDO Japan. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Answer questions and provide information about menu items, including daily specials and wine selections.
- Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their preferences and dietary needs.
- Cash Handling and Payment
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring that all orders and requests are accurately conveyed.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is an asset, but not required.
- Language
- English is the primary language spoken in this role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
