Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper to join our team at Valu Shred. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory control and supply chain management.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
