About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Global Hi-Teck Marketing Ltd. in the role of Senior Executive - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate authority to them.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office-based with regular travel to meet with teams and stakeholders.
  • Workload: High-volume workload with multiple priorities and deadlines.
