Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and kitchen areas.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory and supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
