La sélection à ce poste nécessite une entrevue.
Conduire les véhicules de l'entreprise, livrer et ramasser efficacement des colis en demeurant disponible pour changer d'affectation entre au moins 15 routes. Travailler comme messager sans forcément avoir de route attitrée.
Compétences et Qualifications- Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite.
- Capacité à réussir la formation de base et la formation périodique, y compris l'obtention et le maintien d'un certificat de marchandises dangereuses.
- Capacité à gagner et à maintenir la certification de spécialiste en matières dangereuses de FedEx.
- Bonne compréhension des services de FedEx, de leurs modalités et du fonctionnement général de l'entreprise.
- Capacité à soulever des charges de 70 lb et à manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.
- Connaissance des activités de Federal Express et de la réglementation douanière canadienne constitue un atout.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis pour les candidats résidant au Québec.
- Minimum d'une année d'expérience comme messager.
- Capacité à se familiariser avec la tâche et à s'y adapter en six mois.
Le titulaire de ce poste doit être capable de fonctionner dans un environnement PC / Windows et de réussir toute formation récurrente et de maintenir les accréditations annuelles nécessaires le cas échéant.
