Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements through effective workshops and discussions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of health analytics systems and reporting databases to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases and user stories, to support project objectives.
- Create detailed requirements for Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance data visualization.
- Utilize experience with Cognos/Impromptu to deliver impactful business intelligence reports.
- Analyze existing workflows and business processes to recommend enhancements and optimize efficiency.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring quality assurance during user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and system support documentation to facilitate user onboarding.
- Hold relevant Business Analyst certifications such as IIBA-CBAP or IIBA-ECBA to demonstrate professional expertise.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the IM/IT sector, particularly within health analytics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
