We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at 3T's Limited. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Manage Marketing Projects
    • Plan and coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Communicate with Stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
    • Communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders
  • Monitor and Analyze Marketing Performance
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
    • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on marketing performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
