Job Title: Preschool Helper

Funtasy Education Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Helper to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified individual to support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our preschool program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, leading groups, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Lead activities that foster socialization, creativity, and learning
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and organized environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss progress and challenges of children
  • Attend staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to team decisions
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and community partners
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that meets the needs of children
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position. The work language is English.
