Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient team performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
