Director of Human Resources

At Vaco, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support our organization's mission and vision.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefit programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Enforce company policies and lead disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and maintain employee performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR matters to other team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • CHRP designation.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Valid AGCO license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
