About the Role

Brandt is seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our Preventive Maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance Quote and Setup: Provide accurate and timely quotes for Preventive Maintenance agreements to our Sales and Customer Support Advisors.
  • Agreement Administration: Manage and administer Preventive Maintenance agreements, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Information Tracking and Maintenance: Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance agreement information, including customer details and equipment maintenance records.
  • Job Review and Invoicing: Review, close, and invoice completed jobs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer and Technician Coordination: Coordinate necessary service with customers and Preventive Maintenance technicians to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Pricing Calculator Tool Maintenance: Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Call Request Handling: Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from internal and external customers.
  • Prepaid Agreement Management: Manage prepaid agreements and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of services.
  • John Deere Link Utilization: Utilize John Deere Link to monitor and track customer equipment with Preventive Maintenance contracts.
Requirements
  • Experience and Knowledge: Possess experience and knowledge of maintenance of construction equipment and service delivery activities and processes.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication skills, timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail.
  • Multi-Tasking and Decision-Making: Ability to multitask at a high-volume workload environment and make informed, logical decisions.
  • Contracts and Processes Management: Knowledge of contracts and associated processes management.
  • Software Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
