Job Description

Job Title: Night Auditor

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team.
  • As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, managing hotel operations, and maintaining a secure environment.
  • You will work closely with our front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charges.
  • Manage hotel operations, including key control, security, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
