Role Summary

As a Breakfast Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. More than just serving food, you will guide them through the menu, answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure they enjoy their meal from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about the menu, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
  • Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
