About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Scientist to join our Oncology team. As a Clinical Scientist, you will play a key role in the development of clinical strategies for assigned modalities or indications within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for activities related to all current and planned clinical trials, including developing protocols, investigator brochures, CRFs, informed consents, and clinical study reports.
- Provides expertise to cross-functional team members to synthesize and contextualize data to facilitate discussion and timely decision making.
- Serves on the clinical sub-team with the Global Medical Lead, Operations Lead, and Medical Monitor/Study Physician and supports preparation of clinical development plans, site identification and management, and DESC meetings.
- Under the guidance of the study physician/med lead, performs medical monitoring activities, including reviewing, analyzing, and triaging patient data, generating reports, and providing clinical input into statistical planning, data analysis, and interpretation.
Requirements:
- PhD or MD in a relevant field, with a strong background in clinical research and development.
- Proven experience in clinical development, with a focus on oncology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
