About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Consultant to join our team at 2594036 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Technical Requirements: Document and ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements through thorough analysis and documentation.
  • Business Solutions Design: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that align with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our clients' information.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our clients' information systems are user-friendly and meet their needs.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
