  • Assist other crew members with work as directed, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

  • Develop skills on varied and challenging tasks, contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of construction methods and procedures is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to frequent overtime hours and weekend hours as required to accommodate project schedules and needs.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions and environments, inclusive of heavy lifting.
  • Able and willing to present a valid Driver's License and an acceptable five (5) year drivers abstract.
