Role Overview
The Manager of Academic and Administrative Services plays a crucial role in leading the planning and execution of both academic and non-academic initiatives within the department. This position is essential for ensuring the unit operates efficiently and effectively by formulating strategies and plans to meet objectives while spearheading continuous business process enhancements. The Manager collaborates closely with senior administration on departmental issues and conducts complex analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Manager oversees a team dedicated to providing support to faculty and students.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience and recognize the significance of cultivating strong relationships, as evidenced by their proficiency in communication and collaboration. A focus on solutions and results is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, accompanied by five years of relevant experience in financial administration, operational management, strategic planning, project management, personnel management, faculty affairs, and curriculum development.
