Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Moncler Americas team. As a Brand Leader, you will be responsible for driving store sales and productivity, developing and executing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Conduct business analysis, develop and implement action plans to strategically grow business, and drive store sales and productivity through key KPI management.
  • Team Management: Lead the team to consistently establish client relationships, propose local events and consignment, and support product launches that promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
  • Employee Development: Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives, manage employee performance, and provide motivation to sales team.
  • Operations: Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires, monitor store expenses, and maintain store operating budget.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive client experience through efficient and effective after-sales operations, and train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele and employee development and relations, impeccable communication skills, and strong leadership qualities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
