Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at 9255630 Canada Inc. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and driving business value through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project scope.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on technical delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
