Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned finance executive to join our leadership team in Calgary, AB. This role requires a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and a commitment to process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our management team, you will:

  • Lead the corporate planning and reporting processes to develop and implement strategies that align with our growth objectives.
  • Oversee the deployment of capital, ensuring optimal returns on investments to foster growth.
  • Manage Neo's FP&A processes, including monthly reporting and reforecasting.
  • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate finance team members.
  • Collaborate with leaders across finance, including accounting and corporate finance, to build a world-class finance department.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in finance within a fast-paced organization, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of FP&A, accounting, and capital management.
  • The ability to distill complex analyses into clear summaries suitable for various audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams.
